On April 10, 2023, HAWEI Supply Chain Group signed a contract with Chenggu County, Hanzhong, Shanxi Province, and set up a county-level supply chain financial company to provide operation services, trade services and financial services for the whole industrial chain such as collection, sorting, cold chain warehousing, logistics, sales and brand promotion, fully solving the financial demands of regional agricultural products enterprises.

Chenggu County is located in the southern Shanxi Hanzhong basin, north of the Qinling Mountains, south of the Bashan. The territory is rich in products, the main production of rice, wheat, rape, citrus, tea, pig, giant salamander, kiwi, traditional Chinese medicine, and so on, known as the hometown of citrus. With Chenggu County Government Platform Company as the controlling shareholder, HAWEI is responsible for the implementation of trade, finance and operation, closely linked to the development of the entire agricultural industry chain, in order to promote the stability and smooth circulation of the "production - supply - sales" chain of the core enterprises of the supply chain and upstream and downstream supporting enterprises through financial capital and industrial economic cooperation. Build an industrial ecology in which banks, enterprises and commodity supply chains coexist, develop sustainably and interact positively.

It is the third supply chain financial joint venture company established by HAWEI with local government. The other two companies were the joint venture with Zhenjiang High-tech Zone in Jiangsu and Neijiang Supply Chain Group in Sichuan. HAWEI’s supply chain financial service has completed the creation of multiple samples from prefectural city to county level city, developed city to less developed region.
HAWEI Supply Chain Group has a deep understanding of the financial pain points of agricultural products enterprises and the core demands of the government platform, especially the agricultural platform. The operation mode of the joint venture company gives full play to the advantages of market-oriented private entities in the field of agricultural products sales and operation, and the ability of the government platform to grant credit to local banks, organize and guide products.
