On June 3, the Chongzuo City delegation, led by LAN Xiao, alternate member of the Central Committee and Secretary of Chongzuo Municipal Committee, arrived in Shanghai to visit HAWEI Supply Chain Group, accompanied by Zhang Hai, Vice mayor of Chongzuo, and Huang Yuchu, secretary of Party Group and director of Chongzuo Municipal Investment Promotion Bureau. Mr. Zhang Jiangquan, Chairman of HAWEI Supply Chain Group, warmly welcomed the arrival of the delegation.

During the meeting, Secretary LAN Xiao expressed his recognition of the business development of HAWEI, and hoped that HAWEI could enthusiastically participate in the operation and management of the local import and export fruit distribution market in Chongzuo. HAWEI will improve the level of local fruit trade and service processing business, and invest in cold chain logistics projects such as clean vegetables and prepared vegetables, and actively integrate into the local market.

As one of the most convenient land railway routes to ASEAN countries in China, Guangxi Pingxiang Port in Chongzuo City plays an important role in the ASEAN fruit trade business. The trade demand has been growing year after year, especially durian, mangosteen, jackfruit and other tropical fruits are welcomed by the domestic market. In the next step, with the support of Chongzuo City government, HAWEI will further expand the port trade market, standardize the construction of agricultural cold chain logistics distribution centers, and play a part in the "Belt and Road".
