Promote the integration of Neijiang into the ASEAN cooperation market

On July 4, Zou Zijing, Secretary of the Neijiang Municipal Party Committee of Sichuan Province, led a delegation to visit the overseas cooperation market of HAWEI Supply Chain Group.  The joint venture company Sichuan Chuanyu Luwei Supply Chain Technology Co., LTD., was established by Neijiang Supply Chain Group and HAWEI Supply Chain Group in November 2022. It has expanded its overseas business as scheduled with the continuous advancement of the joint venture business. 

On the afternoon of July 4, Secretary Zou Zijing and his delegation visited the Asean General Chamber of Commerce, Thailand and The Southern Border Provinces Administrative Centre (SBPAC), Thailand. Mr. Zhang Jiangquan, Chairman of HAWEI Supply Chain Group and representatives of the Thailand reception delegation received Secretary Zou and his delegation for exchange at the Prime Minister Office Thailand.

The Southern Border Provinces Administrative Centre (SBPAC) is a special agency of the Government of Thailand. It oversees the administration of five provinces along the Thai border (Yala, Pattani, Narathiwat, Songkhla and Sutton).

Since the establishment of the comprehensive strategic cooperative partnership between China and Thailand, the economic and trade cooperation between the two countries has been expanding. In recent years, the economic and trade ties between Sichuan and Thailand have become increasingly close, the fields of cooperation have been continuously expanded, and the level of exchanges has been constantly upgraded. In the first quarter of this year, the total import and export volume of Sichuan Province and Thailand was 4.059 billion Yuan with an increase of 22.85%. The economic and trade cooperation and exchanges between Sichuan and Thailand will continue to usher in new opportunities.
